AMINA Bank Becomes First Multinational Bank to Support Ripple USD Stablecoin (RLUSD) Services

On July 3, AMINA Bank, a leading Swiss crypto financial institution, declared its integration of Ripple USD stablecoin (RLUSD) services, marking a pioneering move as the first multinational bank to endorse this digital asset. The bank will initially focus on delivering RLUSD custody and trading solutions tailored for institutional clients and professional investors, with plans to broaden its service offerings over the forthcoming months. RLUSD is uniquely positioned in the market, being collateralized by U.S. Treasury bonds and operating under the stringent oversight of the New York State Department of Financial Services. Presently, the stablecoin maintains a circulating supply valued at approximately $430 million, underscoring its growing adoption within regulated financial ecosystems.
