Response time
We aim to reply to every message within two business days (Monday to Friday, UAE time). Reports of errors in published content are handled first.
Reporting an error
If you find an error in a news article, an analysis or a piece of data, email editorial@coinotag.com with the link to the content, the part that is wrong and, where possible, a source that supports the correct information. The editorial team reviews every report. Confirmed errors are corrected in the article itself, and a material update shows the “Content updated” state with the date of the update. Prices and other market data change over time; a later move in the market is not treated as an error.
