On September 25, Binance CEO Richard Teng met Vietnam’s Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue and his delegation in the UAE to hold substantive talks on blockchain and digital assets development.

The engagement aligns with Hanoi’s strategic roadmap to establish an international financial center, and the Deputy Prime Minister formally invited Teng to act as a senior advisor on planning, governance and infrastructure design for the initiative.

Teng indicated that Binance is prepared to share operational and compliance experience and explore concrete collaboration to support the measured growth of Vietnam’s digital economy and crypto market.
