Bitcoin BTC: James Wynn Opens 40x Leveraged Long at $85,400 on a $2.95M Bet, with $57k Unrealized Profit as He Predicts a $67k BTC Drop
COINOTAG News, citing HyperInsight, reports that in the last 12 hours James Wynn’s address 0x8da opened a 40x leveraged BTC long at an average price of $85,400, with a notional around $2.95 million. The position carries an unrealized profit of about $57,000, roughly 77%. Over the past week, Wynn has repeatedly opened long bets on Bitcoin and ETH, but each setup has trended unfavorably, underscoring the risk profile of high‑leverage crypto trades.
On November 25, Wynn shared a bearish outlook on Platform X, predicting a drop to $67,000 for Bitcoin within that week. A separate publicly linked address 0x507 associated with Wynn shows a zero balance after withdrawals. Earlier, on November 10, after Wynn’s community forecast calling for BTC to slide to $92,000, this address opened two BTC short positions and was liquidated, yielding a loss near $100,000.
