Bitcoin Treasury Corporation (BTCT) Resumes Trading on TSX Venture Exchange with 292.8 BTC Holdings

Bitcoin Treasury Corporation (BTCT), a Canadian publicly traded entity, is set to recommence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange as of June 27th. This move marks a significant milestone for the company, which focuses on cryptocurrency asset management within the public markets. BTCT’s common shares will be freely tradable starting June 30th under the ticker symbol “BTCT,” with an outstanding issuance exceeding 10 million shares.

The resumption follows a successful brokered financing round that generated approximately 125 million Canadian dollars (around 92 million U.S. dollars), reinforcing BTCT’s capital base. A portion of these funds has been strategically allocated to augment the company’s Bitcoin holdings, with a recent acquisition of 292.80 BTC valued at nearly 31.5 million U.S. dollars. This capital deployment underscores BTCT’s commitment to expanding its digital asset portfolio amid evolving market dynamics.
