According to a GlobeNewswire filing, Genius Group Limited, described as a Bitcoin treasury company, has completed the acquisition of Lighthouse Studios through an asset purchase agreement. The Bali-based studio specializes in podcast and video production for entrepreneurs, content creators, and thought leaders, expanding Genius Group’s media capabilities and strategic asset diversification.

Genius Group intends to relaunch Lighthouse Studios under the new brand Genius Studios on January 23, 2026, signaling a branding refresh and expanded content operations within its creator economy portfolio in Southeast Asia.

The Bali facility comprises multiple recording studios, coworking spaces, a cafe, and meeting rooms designed for collaboration and content creation. The seller is Monty Hooke, founder of Lighthouse Studios; the acquisition amount is undisclosed, as it did not meet the company’s material disclosure threshold.
