Drosera, a prominent security automation layer protocol built on the Ethereum blockchain, has successfully closed a funding round, raising $4.75 million. This investment round was primarily spearheaded by Greenfield Capital, with notable contributions from institutional investors such as Anagram, Paper Ventures, Arrington Capital, UDHC, and Pulsar. By utilizing innovative “Traps” smart contracts, Drosera enables a decentralized approach to security by empowering a network of node operators to manage its security framework. As it seeks to enhance its capabilities, more than 25 protocols including Ion Protocol, EtherFi, and Gravita have pledged their involvement in the upcoming testnet. This collaboration is anticipated to bolster the security landscape within the Ethereum ecosystem.
