According to COINOTAG News via EmberCN monitoring, a wallet linked to Richard Heart moved 154,000 ETH to 22 new addresses. The holdings were acquired in March 2024 at an average price of $3,779 per ETH, equating to about $6.11 billion and roughly 621 million DAI outstanding. In the latest eight hours, an additional 10,900 ETH (~$42 million) was transferred to the Tornado Cash privacy tool.

In 2024, regulatory channels reported that Interpol issued a red notice for Richard Heart, founder of Hex and PulseChain, alleging serious tax evasion and assault. On July 31, 2023, the SEC filed suit, contending Heart raised over $1 billion from the sale of PulseChain, PulseX, and Hex tokens and misappropriated at least $12 million of customer funds.
