Concurrently, the volume of queued ETH waiting to join the network is about 811,022 ETH, or roughly $3.5 billion, with an expected activation delay of around 14 days and 2 hours. These on-chain metrics are material for validators, staking providers and institutional participants assessing liquidity and operational timelines.
