According to Cinder Monitor, a cluster of Ethereum addresses suspected to be linked to Richard Heart, founder of Hex, PulseChain and PulseX, moved 81,000 ETH in the past five hours, a transfer valued around $323 million.
On-chain analysis shows this address group previously accumulated 132,000 ETH with 499 million DAI in March 2023, at an average price of about $3,770 per ETH.
Additionally, roughly 9,500 ETH have traversed a Tornado mixer in the last six months, while the bulk of the holdings remains dormant in wallets associated with the cluster.
