According to EmberCN, a wallet linked to Richard Heart received 4,978 ETH via the privacy tool Tornado Cash and liquidated at about $3,273 per ETH. The proceeds were swapped into roughly 16.294 million DAI, signaling a notable on-chain reallocation amid privacy-enabled transfers.

On-chain data show Richard Heart moving 154,000 ETH—around $6.11 billion at current prices—to 22 new wallets. The ETH were purchased in March 2024 at about $3,779, totaling roughly 6.21 billion DAI on the ledger.

In 2024, Interpol reportedly issued a red notice for Richard Heart over alleged tax evasion and assault. The SEC sued him on July 31, 2023, accusing PulseChain, PulseX, and Hex token sales of raising over $1 billion and misappropriating at least $12 million.
