In accordance with the updated Step 9, users can now proceed with claiming their funds. According to the latest updates, clients holding amounts exceeding $50,000 will be eligible for an initial reimbursement of 72.5%. This significant recovery is part of FTX’s ongoing restructuring efforts aimed at restoring financial stability and maximizing asset recovery for its creditors. Additionally, further reimbursements, potentially covering the remaining balance up to 100%, along with accrued interest, will be scheduled in later distributions.
