The data highlight ongoing risk in decentralized ecosystems and the need for enhanced due diligence and control frameworks.

Among the notable incidents, GMGN users were targeted by a phishing attack posing as a third-party token portal, triggering unauthorized transactions and losses exceeding $700,000 across 107 users. In a separate incident, a Twitter handle rebranded to @OracleBNB, impersonating a partnership with @four_meme_ to launch a token, then culminated in a rug pull that generated 34 BNB in proceeds.
