Huaxing Capital to Invest $100M in BNB, Partners with YZi Labs to Boost BNB Chain Ecosystem and Pursue Hong Kong Listing

According to a Hong Kong Stock Exchange notice, Huaxing Capital has signed a strategic cooperation memorandum with YZi Labs to support applications across the BNB and BNB Chain ecosystems, establishing a framework for joint development and ecosystem integration.

The agreement features a strategic BNB special allocation led by Huaxing, with an intended investment of approximately $100 million in BNB assets, positioning the firm to pioneer a Hong Kong-listed approach to dedicated digital asset allocation under regulated parameters.

Complementary initiatives include the promotion of Web3 projects, facilitation of compliant BNB listings on regulated exchanges, and the establishment of a Real World Asset (RWA) fund to support growth-stage projects within the BNB Chain ecosystem.
