Kite and Brevis to Build BNB Chain–Powered Verifiable AI Compute and Micropayment Network with Sub-Cent Transactions

COINOTAG reports a strategic alliance between Kite and Brevis, announced in October to co-develop a verifiable AI computing and payment network. Kite operates as a Layer-1 for AI agent payments, delivering identity management and stablecoin micropayments under a Proof of AI framework, while Brevis provides off-chain verifiable computation through zero-knowledge proofs and supports modular scalability across networks including BNB Chain.

The collaboration envisions four integration stages to deploy zk-based SLA proofs and AI agent zk passports, creating a closed loop of verifiable computation and cryptographic authorization. The combined stack aims to underpin a scalable microtransaction network with continued cross-chain compatibility.

Earlier in September 2025, Kite disclosed a $33 million financing round led by PayPal Ventures and General Catalyst, supporting the effort to tackle AI trust issues and advance the AI economy toward transparent accountability and billions of autonomous transactions.
