Startale App Unveiled as Soneum Gateway on Sony’s Ethereum Layer 2, Enabling Gasless Transactions and Airdrops

Startale Group has partnered with Sony Blockchain Solutions Lab to introduce the Startale App, an all‑in‑one platform crafted as an entry point to Soneum, the Ethereum Layer 2 network, and its expansive ecosystem. The initiative positions the app as a central hub for upcoming airdrops and ecosystem rewards.

According to the official release, the Startale App leverages account abstraction technology to eliminate mnemonic phrases, enables gasless transactions, and streamlines wallet management to foster activity on Soneum. It also supports mini-programs, allowing developers to deploy applications directly on the network without standalone websites.

The project is currently in closed testing, with no public launch date disclosed. The announcement notes that multiple projects on Soneum intend to distribute airdrops and ecosystem rewards via the app, signaling a practical path to broaden participation within Sony’s Layer 2 framework.
