This move increases the firm’s total Bitcoin holdings to 607,770 BTC, with a cumulative purchase cost near $43.61 billion and an average acquisition price of $71,756 per coin. At prevailing market valuations, Strategy’s Bitcoin assets are currently worth around $72 billion, reflecting an unrealized gain close to $28 billion.
According to official disclosures, the majority of the capital deployed for this Bitcoin purchase was generated through the sale of 1,636,373 shares of MSTR stock, raising roughly $736.4 million. Additional proceeds of $3.9 million were secured by liquidating smaller positions in STRK, STRF, and STRD stocks. As of the latest trading session, MSTR shares were priced at $430.23, marking a 1.66% increase for the day, underscoring investor confidence in the company’s strategic asset allocation.
