COINOTAG News, November 25, reports a busy week for the U.S. meme-coin spot ETF segment, as issuers launched new products on the Arca exchange. The listings reflect rising institutional demand for physically settled crypto ETFs and improved liquidity profiles.
Grayscale introduced the XRP Spot ETF on Arca, ticker GXRP, adding direct XRP exposure to U.S. markets. Franklin Templeton followed with the XRP Trust ETF (XRPZ) on Arca, expanding access to the token.
The launch slate also includes Grayscale’s GDOG, the firm’s first U.S. spot ETF, as well as Bitwise’s BWOW, scheduled to list midweek, broadening the arena for meme-coin strategies.
A Bloomberg ETF analyst cautions that a LINK Spot ETF could debut this week, with industry chatter pointing to more than 100 crypto ETFs expected to surface over the next six months, signaling rapid expansion.
