Chiliz’s Socios.com has over 2 million users

Chiliz’s subsidiary Socios.com, the world’s largest Web3 wallet and fan engagement platform, boasts over two million users and has launched more than 70 Fan Tokens for global sports organization partners. The platform records over 250,000 unique daily engagements. The upcoming joint venture will integrate into Chiliz’s global operations and network, allowing Japanese fans to participate in global fan communities with the support of the SBI group.

Fernando Luis Vázquez Cao, CEO of SBI DAH, expressed excitement over the collaboration with Chiliz. Last year, SBI Digital Asset Holdings launched a joint venture with Standard Chartered’s crypto asset subsidiary Zodia Custody. This venture acts as a Japan-based crypto assets custodian, targeting institutional clients. The joint venture, owned 51% by SBI DAH and 49% by Zodia Custody, aims to address a bottleneck that has previously held back interested institutions from participating in this space.
