Synthetix has officially completed the acquisition of its primary perpetual contract trading hub, Kwenta, via a token swap, as announced on November 8th. This strategic decision, which aligns with the platform’s long-term vision, received the necessary endorsements from both the Spartan Council under SIP-411 and the Kwenta Council through KIP-138.
