COINOTAG reported on September 1 that an on-chain analyst flagged trader Ansem (@blknoiz06) for an early liquidation of his AOL position prior to a WLFI release. According to the on-chain data, Ansem acquired ~1.88 million AOL two days earlier for 1.73 million LIGHT (approximately $75,000) at a cost basis of $0.03698 per token, and subsequently realized a reported loss of $29,700 when exiting the position.

The WLFI update did not list AOL among its Solana ecosystem partners, triggering a >50% intraday price drop. On-chain timestamps show the sale occurred roughly 2.5 hours before the announcement at an average sell price of $0.021165 (current quote $0.01064), a timing that the analyst says mitigated an additional downside of about $20,000.
