Binance Receives Full ADGM Authorization to Operate Nest Exchange, Nest Clearing & Custody, and Nest Trading in Abu Dhabi Starting Jan 5, 2026

Binance has received full regulatory authorization from the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA), signaling a shift to a formal, regulator-led framework for its UAE operations. The development reinforces credibility in digital asset services.

Effective 16:00 on January 5, 2026 (UTC+8), Binance will route services through three ADGM-licensed entities, each with explicit permissions, reflecting a structured regulatory realignment for local operations.

Nest Exchange Services Limited will operate as a Recognized Investment Exchange Platform (authorized to operate a multilateral trading facility), covering spot and derivatives trading. Nest Clearing and Custody Limited is a Recognized Clearing House providing custody and serving as the central counterparty for derivatives trades. Nest Trading Limited will function as a Broker Dealer, handling OTC trading and wealth-management services.

Previously, Binance services were delivered mainly by Nest Services Limited, which will be renamed Nest Exchange Limited after licensing. From January 5, 2026, services will be provided by Nest Exchange Services Limited, Nest Clearing and Custody Limited, and Nest Trading Limited.
