Arkham analytics report: an entity linked to Aleksey Bilyuchenko moved 1,300 BTC (about $114 million) to an undisclosed exchange in the past seven days. The related address cluster holds 4,100 BTC (roughly $360 million), with 2,300 BTC having been sold to date.

Public records link Bilyuchenko to BTC-e operations since 2011, alongside Alexander Vinnik. BTC-e was shuttered by authorities in 2017. The U.S. Department of Justice accuses him and Aleksandr Verner of hacking Mt. Gox, stealing around 647,000 BTC and contributing to its bankruptcy.

The DOJ charges include money laundering conspiracy and using stolen funds to operate BTC-e, a platform long implicated in criminal activity from ransomware and identity theft to drug trafficking. The case underscores continued enforcement against cross-border crypto incidents.

Investors should monitor ongoing regulatory actions as authorities pursue accountability for historic crypto exchange operations and related transfers.
