On May 20th, COINOTAG reported that the lending protocol Liquity has successfully redeployed Liquity V2 on the Ethereum mainnet. This upgraded platform allows users to borrow ETH and liquid staking tokens (LST) such as Lido Finance’s wstETH and Rocket Pool’s rETH, all while featuring the highest loan-to-value (LTV) ratios coupled with customizable interest rates. The protocol’s innovative BOLD stablecoin not only offers attractive yields but also facilitates seamless swapping between ETH and LST, enhancing liquidity within the ecosystem.
Furthermore, Liquity V2 has established licensing agreements with nearly 20 EVM-friendly forks including Felix Protocol, QuillFi, and OrkiFi. These collaborations allow forked projects to distribute a portion of their tokens as rewards to those who deposit into the BOLD stable pool and contribute liquidity, thereby reinforcing community engagement and incentivizing participation within the Liquity ecosystem.
