A recent survey by YouGov reveals a significant portion of the American public remains neutral in the ongoing dispute between former U.S. President Donald Trump and entrepreneur Elon Musk. According to the data collected from 3,812 respondents on June 6th, 52% of Americans expressed no allegiance to either figure. Support for Trump stood at 28%, while Musk garnered only 8%, with 11% undecided. The findings highlight a clear partisan divide: within the Republican base, 71% endorse Trump compared to a mere 6% backing Musk. Conversely, among Democrats, support for Musk is higher at 11%, whereas only 4% favor Trump. Notably, a substantial 80% of Democrats and 12% of Republicans chose to remain neutral. This survey underscores the complex dynamics of public opinion surrounding influential personalities in the political and business arenas, reflecting broader trends in voter sentiment and party loyalty.
