Boyaa Interactive to Sell 63.51M Shares at HK$6.95, Allocate 90% of Proceeds to Buy Bitcoin for Web3 Game Expansion

Under a general mandate, Boyaa Interactive (00434.HK) has proposed an offering of up to 63.51 million shares at a price of HK$6.95 per share. The company intends to allocate approximately 90% of the proceeds to acquire Bitcoin, deploying the asset to support the expansion of its Web3 business. Management will continue to pursue strategic investments in third‑party Web3 games and to develop proprietary Web3 titles and infrastructure to reinforce its position in the online gaming sector. The remaining c. 10% of proceeds are earmarked for working capital and general corporate purposes.
