Avail Launches Nexus Mainnet to Seamlessly Connect Solana with Ethereum, Polygon, and Other Major Chains

COINOTAG News, citing The Block, reports that Avail has launched the Nexus mainnet, a cross-chain system designed to fuse rollups, application chains, and decentralized applications into a single operational environment. The objective is to streamline the movement of assets, liquidity, and users across networks, reducing fragmentation and bridging risk for developers and traders.

Nexus has been deployed across a broad array of ecosystems, including Ethereum, Tron, Polygon, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, BNB Chain, Monad, Kaia, HyperEVM, and Scroll, with Solana expected to join in the near term. Avail frames Nexus as a scalable interoperability layer that enables fluid asset movement and cross-chain liquidity.

Avail co-founder Anurag Arjun notes that blockchain fragmentation and high-risk bridging have constrained developer and user experience. The Nexus initiative, he argues, aims to mitigate cross-chain frictions and support more seamless multi-chain workflows for applications and users alike.
