According to AnChain.AI risk intelligence, BtcTurk suffered a fresh security intrusion on January 1, with losses pegged at roughly $48 million.

On-chain analytics show the stolen funds being staged across multiple networks—Ethereum, Arbitrum, and Polygon—before converging to a single address, highlighting complex cross-chain movement and stolen-asset laundering patterns.

This incident follows COINOTAG’ prior report of a separate breach at BtcTurk in August 2025, which affected about $54 million in funds.
