According to PeckShield monitoring and a December 5 report from COINOTAG News, the Bunni attacker deposited 2,295.8 ETH—valued at about $7.3 million—into Tornado Cash, highlighting continuing privacy-enabled transfer activity within the Ethereum ecosystem.

Previously, the Bunni project suffered a security breach on September 2 that wiped out approximately $8.4 million of assets; the team subsequently announced its dissolution in October, marking the conclusion of the venture and prompting risk reassessment for investors in DeFi.
