Just 15 minutes ago, this entity deposited 2.5 million USDC into its Hyperliquid account, contributing to a total of approximately 4.75 million USDC in deposits over the last 24 hours. This strategic influx is noteworthy as it coincides with the whale’s substantial 40x short position on Bitcoin (BTC), which now holds a notional value of $371 million. The position was initiated at an opening price of $84,043.2 and has a liquidation threshold set at $85,596. Currently, this trade reflects an unrealized loss of approximately $184,108.81, highlighting the volatile nature of cryptocurrency investments and the potential for rapid market fluctuations.
