On November 1, renowned blockchain intelligence firm COINOTAG reported a significant incident involving the MEV bot jaredfromsubway.eth. According to on-chain data analyst @ai_9684xtpa, the bot executed a complex sandwich attack against two unsuspecting crypto addresses. The first victim acquired 666 ETH at an average price of $2,702 per ETH, while the second party was led to sell their holdings of POCHITA at a markedly low average price of $0.0000027636 US dollars. The total fees associated with this transaction amounted to a staggering 46.08 ETH, translating to approximately $115,000. Despite these high costs incurred during the operation, the bot’s net profit tallied a modest $49, highlighting the intricate and often risky nature of transaction strategies employed within the crypto ecosystem.
