The cargo ship Lider Bordo Mavi was hit by three drones while carrying vegetables from Samsun to Russia's Tuapse port, injuring five crew. When the Lider Kocatepe was sent to assist, it was also struck by a drone. Türkiye has called for a mutual moratorium on attacks against civilian shipping. Ukraine says the Black Sea is a war zone and has urged shipowners trading with Russia to account for the risks.
