Trump Family’s Crypto Project WLFI Invests $2.65 Million in TRX and Staking 14,701.58 ETH

On January 24th, COINOTAG reported significant activity from the Trump family’s cryptocurrency venture, World Liberty Financial (WLFI). Over a four-hour window, WLFI executed high-value transactions, acquiring 10.61 million TRX through a purchase of 2.65 million USDT. Additionally, the firm utilized 10 million USDC to acquire 3,079 ETH, showcasing a robust movement within the Ethereum ecosystem.

Furthermore, WLFI engaged in a strategic swap, converting 4,700 ETH, valued at approximately $15.68 million, for an equivalent amount of stETH, which it subsequently staked in the popular Lido Finance platform. This maneuver elevates WLFI’s total staked assets to 14,701.58 ETH, representing a total investment of around $49 million. Such actions indicate a growing institutional interest in staking and DeFi opportunities.
