Turkish intelligence captured Ömer el-Hatip, a suspect in the 2013 Reyhanlı bombing that killed 53 people, as he was attempting to flee to Europe by sea.
He was on Interpol's Red Notice list for planning the attack and coordinating between the bombers and former Assad regime intelligence.
He also helped other attackers escape to Syria.
