According to COINOTAG news on September 16, data from Ember monitoring reveals that prominent ETH/BTC exchange rate long James Fickel liquidated an additional 7,600 ETH for 299.8 WBTC, valued at roughly USD 18 million, six hours ago. The transaction was part of his ongoing strategy to reduce exposure and mitigate losses. Since initiating his position liquidation and stop-loss measures on August 11, Fickel has sold a cumulative 23,600 ETH, converting them into 970.5 WBTC (equating to USD 18 million), to service his loans on the Aave platform. Despite these significant sell-offs, Fickel remains the largest ETH/BTC exchange rate long holder on the blockchain, with an outstanding loan obligation of 1,896 WBTC, approximately USD 110.93 million, yet to be settled.
