Their joint venture, named Cantor Equity Partners, aims to establish a robust Bitcoin investment fund targeting a capital raise of $3 billion in Bitcoin through its initiative 21 Capital. Funding allocations are ambitious, with Tether poised to contribute $1.5 billion, while SoftBank and Bitfinex are expected to invest $900 million and $600 million, respectively.
