According to COINOTAG News and reporting from The Block on September 20, Grayscale has filed an amended S-1 seeking conversion of its closed-end Dogecoin Trust into an ETF, naming Coinbase as the proposed primary broker and custodian in the regulatory filing.
The submission specifies that, subject to regulatory approval, the proposed ETF would list on the New York Stock Exchange Arca under the ticker GDOG; the exchange had previously applied to trade the existing Grayscale Dogecoin Trust.
Separately, NYSE Arca has filed a proposal to amend listings for the Grayscale Ethereum Trust ETF and its “mini” version to trade under the recently adopted generic listing standard, a framework intended to streamline listing procedures in coordination with the SEC.
