Binance has paused certain fiat withdrawal channels for Ukrainian customers through the Bifinity UAB gateway as regulatory policy changes take effect, with Bifinity set to cease operations by the end of the month, according to company notices.

A Binance spokesperson confirmed the update is targeted and applies solely to Ukrainian users who previously engaged with Bifinity UAB; essential cryptocurrency trading and wallet services remain unaffected.

While some fiat rails are reduced, deposits via Visa and Mastercard remain available for cryptocurrency purchases. Apple Pay and Google Pay stay enabled for account top-ups, and Swift transfers continue to support deposits and withdrawals.
