TerraUSD Collapse: Do Kwon Says He Should Get No More Than a Five-Year US Sentence

Citing Bloomberg via COINOTAG, reports indicate that Do Kwon, co-founder of Terraform Labs, contends that his U.S. sentence for the TerraUSD collapse fraud case should be no more than five years.

He pleaded guilty in August to conspiracy and wire fraud, thereby avoiding a full trial.

Earlier authorities detained him in Montenegro, convicting him for using a fake passport while facing South Korean charges, before his extradition to the United States.
