Explains COINOTAG's ownership structure, revenue model, editorial independence, and its approach to AI-assisted production under editorial oversight.
1. Ownership Structure
COINOTAG is published by COINOTAG LLC. COINOTAG LLC is an independent media company registered in the United Arab Emirates at Shams Business Center, Sharjah, 839, UAE. It has been producing content about the cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem since 2018.
2. Revenue Model and Funding
Our operations are funded primarily by the following sources: - Display and content advertising (including clearly labeled sponsored content). - Exchange and product partnerships (referral links kept separate from editorial content). - Premium and subscription features. No source of funding influences our editorial judgment; advertising and editorial content are strictly separated.
3. Editorial Independence
Editorial decisions are made according to our publishing principles, independent of any commercial relationships. Sponsored material is transparently labeled and visually separated from organic news/analysis content.
4. AI-Assisted Production and Editorial Oversight
A portion of COINOTAG's content is prepared through an AI-assisted production pipeline. This rests on three real mechanisms: - AI generation: The initial draft is produced by AI and is transparently disclosed as "AI-Assisted" in the author byline. - AI review stage: A separate AI review step, distinct from the generating model, checks numerical consistency, entity consistency, and factual accuracy. - Human editorial oversight: A real editorial team owns the publishing standards, prompts, and quality framework; it performs periodic sampling audits and signs off on content updates. These sign-offs are logged. In the interest of transparency: we do not say that "a human wrote or read every line." We state that the oversight at the process level, the AI review, and the editorial sign-off on content updates are real. A "reviewed" claim for a piece of content is shown only when a real editorial sign-off record exists for that content.
