NEAR Infrastructure Fund Unveils Ambitious 2025 Plan to Enhance Blockchain Interoperability and Support Ecosystem Growth

On December 30th, the NEAR Infrastructure Fund unveiled its ambitious roadmap for 2025, highlighting its commitment to fortifying the foundational elements established in the previous year. The initiative aims to bolster various existing projects, including the NEAR Wallet, Fast NEAR, and NEARBlocks, while also introducing dedicated working groups designed to enhance management and streamline responses to ecosystem proposals. Furthermore, the plan focuses on developing a seamless single sign-on system compatible with platforms such as Solana, alongside essential on-ramps and off-ramps for improved usability.

In an effort to enhance interoperability, the NEAR Infrastructure Fund is set to support the creation of tools and services that facilitate cross-chain interaction. Projects like multi-chain explorers and oracles, as well as enhancing the Omnitoken ecosystem, will be integral to this framework.
