COINOTAG News (Sept 8) — Coinglass data show that over the past 24 hours the liquidation volume of SOMI, MYX and WLFI individually exceeded that of Bitcoin. SOMI surged roughly 56% to trade at $1.64, registering about $17.4 million in liquidations within the 24‑hour window, predominantly from short positions, and currently exhibits a negative contract funding rate.

MYX advanced more than 180% to $3.73, with approximately $13.5 million of liquidations concentrated in short exposure and a positive funding rate. WLFI rose over 2% to $0.23, recording near $12.2 million in liquidations that included both long and short liquidations, and also shows a positive contract funding rate.
