US spot Bitcoin (BTC) exchange-traded funds (ETFs) saw inflows turn positive on Tuesday, and Bitcoin price lightly recovered to $65,561 (+3.76%), breaking the daily redemptions streak. According to SoSoValue data, ETFs recorded $257.7 million in inflows, forming the highest daily total since early February. Fidelity Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund (FBTC) led with $83 million, while BlackRock iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) received $79 million in inflows. These inflows compensated for Monday's $203.8 million outflow, turning weekly flows positive after five weeks of $3.8 billion net redemptions.

BTC Technical Analysis: RSI 35.70 and Critical Levels

At the beginning of 2026, total assets under management fell 30.5% from $117 billion to $81.3 billion. According to Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart, institutions led by advisors and hedge funds sold 25,000 BTC (approximately $1.6 billion) in the fourth quarter of 2025, but still hold 311,700 BTC. Approximately 9 million BTC in the market, or 45% of the circulating supply, are underwater. With RSI at 35.70 giving an oversold signal, the downtrend and bearish Supertrend continue.
