Trueo, a decentralized prediction-market protocol, is relocating its core services from Base, Coinbase's layer-2 network, to the Ethereum (ETH) mainnet — a plan the project laid out on September 22, 2026. The team framed the decision around Ethereum's network effects, deep liquidity, its capacity to integrate with other protocols, and the network's long-term decentralization guarantees, deliberately trading away Base's cheaper transactions to sit directly on the smart contract settlement layer.
