GPT-5.5's Cyber Capabilities and WLD Security Risks
The United Kingdom's Artificial Intelligence Security Institute (AISI) has revealed that OpenAI's latest model, GPT-5.5, can autonomously execute complex cyber attacks. The model successfully completed the 32-step enterprise network simulation “The Last Ones,” developed with SpecterOps, in two out of 10 attempts; this feat was first achieved by Anthropic's Claude Mythos Preview model. Moreover, GPT-5.5 solved a challenging puzzle requiring reverse engineering in 10 minutes 22 seconds, overshadowing a professional expert's 12-hour effort. These findings clarify the rise of AI in offensive cyber capabilities and increase risks for AI-based identity projects like WLD.
AISI's tests show that the model can automatically manage chained steps such as reconnaissance, identity theft, lateral movement in Active Directory forests, supply chain transition via CI/CD pipelines, and internal database data exfiltration; experts assess this process as a 20-hour effort for humans. GPT-5.5 achieved an average success rate of %71.4 in the most challenging “Expert” level tasks. Researchers also discovered a universal jailbreak that completely bypasses the model's security barriers; this attack triggered harmful content even in multi-interactive scenarios and took six hours to develop. OpenAI has updated its security measures, but AISI could not verify. Other models like Claude Mythos Preview and GPT-5.4 also lagged behind in similar tests.
WLD Price and Technical Analysis
The findings indicate that AI's general advancements in logic, coding, and autonomous task execution are also accelerating cyber capabilities; AISI emphasizes that this trend is not an isolated victory but continuous momentum. While 43% of businesses in England experienced cyber breaches in the past year, the government allocated a new fund of 90 million pounds and accelerated the Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity Bill. Officials warned that AI can quickly find and weaponize vulnerabilities, calling on institutions to prepare. In this context, biometric security is becoming critical for WLD, which stands out with iris scanning technology.
